All children are welcome and surcharge following policy:
Infants from 0- 3 years old stay for free if sharing room with parents.
Children from 4 years old- Additional charges will applied.
Guests from 12 years old are considered as adults.
-Only one extra bed for one room. Villa room does not have extra bed. Children under 12 years old are not allowed to share existing beds with parents. An extra bed is mandatory for any additional child.
-Extra beds are dependent on the room you choose. Please check the individual room capacity for more details.
-Guests are required to provide accurate and complete occupancy details, including the number of adults and children, to ensure correct pricing.
-Any undeclared or additional guests will be subject to applicable surcharges at check-in in accordance with the hotel’s policy.

- Hotel room (Deluxe, Junior Suite… room types) only 02 adults included room rate, maximum 2 children allowed per room and an additional charge will apply for children from 4 years and over. Guests from 11 years of age are considered as adults.
- Villa 3 Bedroom type: only 06 adults are included room rate, a maximum of 6 children allowed per villa, and an additional charge will apply for children from 4 years and over. Guests from 11 years of age are considered as adults.

Standard policy:
•According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, guests are required to present their photo identification, passport or birth certificate of every passenger upon check-in.
•Guests are responsible for self-checking room furnishing and facilities, fooddrinks in minibar upon check-in and check- out as per regulations of the Hotel.
•For any changes to the reservation, guests are required to inform the property at least 7 working days prior to check-in.
•Kindly present childrens birth certificate(s) upon check-in. If childrens birth certificates are not provided, their age will be converted based on their height.
• Full-board meals will begin with dinner on the day of check-in, and end with lunch on the day of check- out. Should you wish to have lunch on your arrival date instead of departure date, please inform the property at least 5 days in advance. This meal-change option is only available for arrival before 13:00 and departure before 12:00. Changing meal options on arrival day is not possible.
• Room rates on [31 December] not include a gala dinner. There will be a compulsory fee applied for Christmas and New Year Gala Dinner- Which does not include room rate and should be collected at property as Vinpearl Policy.
• Hotel Credit only used forservices provided by the hotel (without using external providers) for examples: F&B, Spa treatment (not massage), Laundry, Car rental service provided by the hotel… Bar drinks (alcoholic beverages not applicable) Room Service not applicable; Do not use hotel credit to buy room-related services: Buy more rooms, upgrade view, room class, additional surcharges...
• The room rate does not include tickets to VinWonders and Safari.
• Customers need to provide the flight number (such as VJ975, VJ979 …) & contact at least 48 hours prior arrival date for complimentary airport transfer by shuttle bus arrangement. In case we do not receive the above required information, we understand that you arrange the transportation to our hotel by yourself.
• When using Vinpearl’s services, guests consent to the property’s use of the photographs taken for statistics. These photographs will not be disclosed to third parties outside Vingroup.
• A deposit is required upon check-in for additional services or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. Deposit only in VND.
RESORT REGULATIONS:
To contribute to a civilized resort environment, please comply with the following regulations:
-The standard check-in time is at 15:00. Please arrange the schedule to arrive after this time to avoid waiting, especially during peak period in summer & weekend.
-Outside fooddrinks are not allowed. Please inform front desk if brought, fee applies VND 1,175,000time. Hotel will not be responsible for related safety.
-Do not bring fruits with a strong smell (such as durians, jackfruit, fish sauce, etc)the hotel room. Surcharge will be apply for outside beverages:
• Spirit: 687.500 VND 750ml
• Wine: 500.000 VND 750ml
• Beer: 375.000 VND box
• Local liquor: 375.000 VND l.
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
